::Mr. Bux, the Assistant Store Manager, provided exemplary customer service starting with his initial phone call, shortly after I made a web reservation for our space, through my move-in. He provided all of the information I required and made sure our transition was very user-friendly and without complication. He is courteous and very knowledgeable regarding their facility, which is very well laid out and accessible. The loading dock is convenient, there are always serviceable handcarts available, and after-hour access is effortless. I strongly recommend anyone seeking self-storage contact Mr. Bux and check this facility out.

Monique at the front desk provides excellent customer care and helped me to work-out my less than ideal situation. That kind of personal attention is the exception in my experience where too often the corporate rules govern the day.

::Renting a storage unit couldn’t have been easier! I reserved online and quickly received a call from Akbar regarding the unit. I went in the next day and toured the space and signed the contract. Akbar walked me through all of the terms and conditions and answered all of my questions. Management at this location is very nice and helpful. Units are accessible from 6 am to 10 pm (not just when the office is open) - a huge bonus!
