  The guy working the front counter tonight clearly hates his job. You ask for coffee he hands you a coffee machine.. asked for coffee to go with it and the attitude started. Got to the room, brewed it and discovered no cups in the room.. went down and asked for a couple cups, only handed me one.. there are 2 of us in a room with 2 beds.. ordered food delivery and surprise. No silverware . Went to counter asked for a couple forks.. comes back with one fork.. said no, a couple... You would have thought we asked for his first born child. He needs to find another line of work that doesn't require customer service or a brain

  Really like this hotel. Pretty cost effective for longer stays, and such a lovely location on the waters edge. Really feels like a home away from home. Sure the rooms could benefit from better sound proofing, the water pressure is a bit low for great showers, and the breakfast is nothing more than a coffee and a muffin, but overall well recommended.

  We were arriving late due to a flight delay. We promptly sent an email advising Extended Stay of the situation and asked for the booking not to be canceled as we were arriving later than expected and were happy to pay for any time that we were not there. No one read the email we sent so I called, later on, to make sure that this was all good. When I reached the booking agent they advised me that as we didn't show up on time and no one read their emails the booking was canceled and that they could do nothing about it. I then asked to speak to someone more senior and I got transferred to Rayan in customer relations to get the booking reinstated as this was clearly an oversight on their end as we sent the email on time the email listed on the reservation(firstly why is this email listed if no one checks it apparently front desk does not even have access to it). Rayan advised that he can look for a room and if none are available there would be nothing he could do. We were lucky that there was a room that was available otherwise we would have been left on the street as Extended stay would not honor the original booking even though they made the mistake. They also charged us a much higher rate than what we originally had and refused to give us the original rate. This review is a warning to you all. If you book here and happen to be late you might end up on the street with nowhere to sleep if they book out your room. Zero compassion was given. When an error like this occurs every company I have dealt with in the past had made sure that the customer was protected and the error remedied. This was not the case with Extended Stay and considering we stay there so often and have spent so much money with this place was just unacceptable.

  The room was fairly clean, other than random hairs in the bathroom and kitchenette that didn't come from me. For anyone with a physical disability, you'll have a hard time getting in the heavy building entry doors, as well as the heavy room doors. The accessible rooms might have better doors, but you still have to get inside, first. Breakfast is some muffins, oatmeal, or granola bars, with coffee, if it hasn't already run out. It's only served till 9, so if you want coffee, you'd better be extra early about it. And there isn't any in the room. The staff have all been pleasant and courteous, which does make up for a lot. It's a fairly decent room, if you're actually looking for extended stay. But nightly prices aren't cheap enough to make this a good value over other options in the area.

  No toilet paper in our bathroom when we got there. Floors were so dirty that you had to put your shoes on right after you shower. Muffins that you offer are so dry. They offer granola bars and oatmeal but no bowl to put it in.Would not recommend this hotel!
