::I just completed a 5 day stay as part of a trip to attend a local conference in La Mirada. There was an issue with the room we booked but the hotel did a first class job of replacing the booking for two people with two rooms at a better price. Great value and empathetic service. Very pleased with this as a great option.

::This place is filthy! The kind if hotel where you meet with a drug dealer to conduct a transaction, avoid this place at all costs, rooms smell bad, the lobby itself is dirty and the costumer service is terrible! Oh and it's pet friendly so you can hear barking at night.

::First of Jen at the front desk has been so nice always in a good mood makes us feel really welcome and that for us really feels good on top of that she knows what she is doing. Fife stars for Jen got us coming back thank you Jen God bless your heart for being so sweat.👍

::I didn’t stay, I called to JUST ask the hotel if their pet deposit policy and after asking the question the front desk lady asked me when was I staying so I gave her my dates. She began to start typing up a while itinerary and then asked how I would be paying. I told her all I wanted to do was call just to ask about the pet policy I was not ready to book! Than she offered to hold my itinerary which I didn’t ask for, until I was ready to book, and I told her that we are coming down for Disneyland and that I was hotel shopping so I did not need that service as well. She then tells me “awwwww to bad!!! Well if you decided to stay here we’re here” I was like mmm ok thanks. If you want to attract people? Don’t say that it’s to bad that they’re hotel shopping, are you going to give my family a free room? When I shop for hotels I’m looking for quality, front desk friendliness, and location. Unfortunately this hotel location seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, and after that conversation with the front desk building a itinerary for us to stay without asking if I was ready to book was a turn off. All I said was hi I just have a question about your pet policy, she answered it and started talking into trying to book me right away, the moment I say I’m not ready to book, she offers to hold it and the moment I say I’m actually looking around all of a sudden she says “it’s to bad?” I don’t feel bad I just crossed this hotel off my list and the one we are staying at now and booked is A LOTA BETTER and cleaner and when I called them for the pet policy she gave her best customer service she could give and stayed with it the entire time and didn’t pressure me into booking she was highly friendly same tone same energy and with the location being amazing and the rooms being exactly what I needed that’s what made me book their. You guys are going to loose customers with a staff member like that. Train her properly please!

::Room was fairly clean. There where some long black hairs on the kitchen and bathroom countertops and in the tub. I just wish them down the drain. The next morning after my first night of stay there were ants climbing around on my nightstand. I am not a picking person so I will just be informing the front desk upon check out. The one thing I wish was provided, but was not, is serving spoons and a strainer. Staff was more than pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
