  Several of our utilities did not work in the room after I paid 109 dollars to stay at there hotel. Such as plugs did not work properly like they should have, safety latch on the door is broken on the door, there were dirty clothes such as boxers and pants, so room was not cleaned properly, police were at property for a good 2 -3 hours so it was a off easy stay for me and my family. A first aid kit was not properly stocked for me to get a band aid for my friend. I asked very nicely for a discount and or be compensated for my room not being up to par and not bring what I paid for. When I asked for such things the management was very rude and was a straight prick after he was hours late to do his job. I will never stay with extended stay ever again and I definitely won't be stay at this location off of 4444 leetsdale Dr Glendale co.

  This is a workers' hotel, so expect lots of construction workers and other tradesmen staying here. No worries, at least they're not up partying all night. Hotel is in a terrific location, right next to Super Target. There is a medical & recreational marijuana dispensary right next door, open until midnight. You may want to request a room on the other end of the building if you feel uncomfortable with this. Value is good.

  Friendly, professional staff—particularly Katie who works at the front desk. Good customer service. Comfortable and clean rooms. In a good location with access to a great deal of amenities. As a business owner who travels a lot, it is important for me to have a “go-to” hotel or extended stay each time I’m on work assignment in a particular city/state. This is home away from home for me and my crew whenever we’re in Denver.

  Very helpful and friendly staff and service. I had a bunch of questions when on the phone with the booking agent and she was very patient and helpful. The front desk attendant was also patient and friendly. I accidentally de-magnetized my room key twice, and she was very nice about it. The only complaint I would have is the rooms need an update. The bedding and carpet and feel of the room definitely feels well worn. The location in Denver is great, but the exact location of the motel feels slightly sketchy, maybe because it's behind a Target store and seems industrial. If you're in Denver for a week or month for work, it is a good spot. I saw a lot of work trucks and vans in the parking lot with out of state plates.

  The manager and staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. If you need any help they are there for you. The rooms and property is very clean and well kept. Housekeeping and maintenance are on top of things. I would recommend this property to anyone. Come and stay.
