I can't implore how hard it was to stay here. I was staying on the First floor, near the Stairwell, the 100 rooms. My Neighbors found Joy Blasting their Television so Loud it rang throughout the hallways. The walls began rattling from the sound, and the front desk wouldn't do anything about it, except tell me not to call Police. That's besides those same people doing drug deals, and getting into altercations with other residents. The Old Guy with Gray hair, usually wearing a Bandana is always seen roaming every floor of the Building, and is Extremely Aggressive. I've had my fair share of times where he'd curse me out, say something Racist, or flat out scream at his wife. Aside from that, This place only has 2 Cameras in the entire Lot, so my Car was broken into while staying here. The hotel could do nothing, besides refuse to fix the outside Keyfab. This is besides Dozens of other Tenants with rumors of some awful things occurring here. From Assault, Jumping, Robbery, you name it. Don't stay here, ever.

Checked in on a Saturday evening with the intent to stay for a week; cancelled my reservation and checked out first thing Sunday morning. The Saturday evening front desk clerk was extremely rude and made it clear I was inconveniencing him as he took about 5 minutes to discipline his son that was with him while I waited patiently. The room smelled terrible, and my allergies immediately flared up. I brought my dog with me but did not feel safe walking her Saturday night. There were some teenagers loitering in the very small "lobby", smelling like weed, which typically honestly would not have bothered me, but combined with everything else and the fact that I had to walk past them every time I brought a bag in from my car or went in or out with my dog, it was just another negative part of the experience. The room was filthy with stains on the bedskirt. There was staining around the toilet. The refrigerator was circa 1980. The carpet felt greasy and just gross. The only rack in the small "closet area" was falling down. I literally did not want to touch anything in the room. I've stayed at many Extended Stays with great experiences, and I really thought that one in Alpharetta would be nice, but this was definitely the worst hotel I've stayed in. I've never checked out before my reservation before, but I just could not stay here. The one saving grace was that the Sunday morning desk clerk was extremely friendly, sweet and helpful and did not give me any problems at all with cancelling my reservation and checking out.

The most unprofessional, arbitrary, and mismanaged hotel you'd ever stay at. The Plumbing is Weak, Half the Time toilets won't flush. The Electricity has a Major tendency to shut down with no backups. The staff are incredibly undertrained. In fact, The Staff here are being completely Replaced. Aside from Rumors that the Providence Group right next door, is buying the Lot, to continue their Construction of an HOA Community. Their's constant Noise due to Construction not even a few feet away. The management here kicks people out based on Disability, Medical Conditions, False complaints, etc. While abusing Police presence to escort even the most Willing of Tenants out of the building. I've seen them kick out a Family with 3 kids, While having Police present Innately, because they were an Hour past checkout, Grocery shopping. They were subsequently robbed for it, by other tenants. This hotel has remove Dozens of Tenants in Wheel chairs, As they're a "Liability" to the business, once again Naming Corporate as the Bad guy deciding this. Is this really how Extended Stay America works? This man is a Retired Veteran, with a Blown Leg "Let's kick him out, even after taking their money, because we might get sued?" That's Genuinely disturbing. They're basically assuming people as "Dead" if they're not Perfect. There was literally a Young girl, who had Down syndrome. They kicked her for the same reasons. "Liability" My own Amazon Delivery driver was Harassed by front desk Staff, because she took Was disabled, and Injured. She was wearing a Back brace, and had Tourettes. They asked if she stayed here, Pestering her as to why she was here. Which she complied, and still had Police involved. Even a Woman who was on Crutches couldn't pay for her room "In time" so they told her, she couldn't pay for the room, she was already checked out by staff, and the room was given to a new tenant. The poor Woman sat outside in the parking Lot for hours before someone came to pick her up, in the rain. Again, Pathetic, Sickening, and down right out Criminal behavior. The Internet here is a Scam, Which Corporate don't know anything about. after testing it, and even going through 7 hours of Calls with Corporate, nothing was resolved. I wasted my $30 on Premium WiFi, to only get taken for a fool. 18 MBPS download, and 97 MBPS upload for Premium consistently. 12mbps or lower for download & 10mbps for upload, On the free WiFi. Beware of it. Manager refused to let anyone be festive during the Holidays. Citing "Copyright" as an issue for Corporate, Yet again. So Radio, Royalty free music, was banned. Yet, leaving a bowl of expired candy out, was a better idea. Reservations are a Major issue because if you book through a Third party booking site, their is always an error. This results in someone being kicked out before their Checkout date. I've spoken with several Tenants whom have had a Bitter Feeling after leaving. I myself, had my Reservation deemed canceled, until I contacted Priceline, who contacted the Hotel, which fixed the issue on their end. The employee however, was not happy with me, and kept giving me dirty looks. That's yet another issue, the staff here will kick you out for calling corporate. They will know who called too, by room number. I fear my own time here is short. Even more problems with this hotel is security. The Backdoor has a Keyfab that never works, or actuates the card. people can slip any kind of thin object through the door, and Breach the building with ease. Suspicious people also stay here, From drugs, to Violence, to Vandalism. I've seen Cops called for people sitting outside minding their own Business, which is absurd. Pets are a Complete no Go. Even Service Animals are hated by the Employees. "Oh but you can get a Free discount" at the Ire of every single employee who has to clean them. That's besides the exorbitant price of nearly $100 a pet, Every Day. I have so much more to say. 4000 characters isn't enough.

The staff was nice. Good location. But the rooms smelled, furniture outdated, people hanging out in the parking lot and hallways at all hours of the day and roaches in the room. For the amount of money that is being charged for a stay I would think that Extended Stay America would invest money into the property and at least make it a decent stay for their guests. I was here for a job assignment and felt extremely uncomfortable and out of place during my stay.

I would like to thank Grace and the staff, for the hospitality that was shown during my stay, full heartedly. During my visit to Georgia, they were welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, all and all- wonderful. So thank you for making me feel comfortable. As far as my room goes, it was nicely cleaned by my surprised, a bit small but doable and almost quiet for the most part. Nice little walking distance to North-point Mall and other grab and go places been a plus, I like it lol Thank you once again…
