  AWFUL services. The first 2 years everthing was ok. This was the third year I filed my taxes with them. I was audit and the guy in charge left me in the middle of the audit. Did not return my calls even after I kept going to his office time and time again to ask for him, I even offered to send the missing papers and he said he would take care of it. I have only seen him 3 times since January. I was called into his office one time and there were around 8 people with the same problem, there were probably more coming in after I left. I had to seek outside help to try and fix my problem.
