::THE WORST EVER..... every single time I order it’s a problem!!!!! Customer service is terrible! Especially Simon, told they will overnight meds & they never ever do! Spend several hours in a week trying to rectify the situation, no one knows anything, they continue to put you on hold and come back with no info! When you ask to speak to a supervisor they place you on hold then hang up! Is there a way to opt out! I would love to pick up my scripts at cvs. I am done with express scripts.

::I truly have no words to describe the MULTIPLE horrific and horrible experiences i have had with express scripts. I will gladly let every social platform be aware of how idiotic and poorly run company this is.

::I've been waiting and waiting and waiting...what is wrong with express script??..mess around with my health ...last Rx we on 7/25/2017...180 pills.... I called.to informed i only received one bottle... and still I'm calling for that reason... NO ONE HEARS ME... WHYYYYYYYY....WHATS WRONG WITH U GUYS.. U THINK UR GOD?????UR GETTING INTO LOTS OF TROUBLE WITH MY HEALTH!!!!!

::They are horrible, no care in the world for their customers health and well being. They had cancelled a script for my husband that we weren't aware of, when he realized he was out I checked the website and found out after researching. Called had it reinstated and requested overnight shipping, she indicated the cost, I was willing to pay, I specifically asked can this ship overnight, she said yes, halfway through i asked if it was going to ship overnight, she said yes. Before we hung up I Asked" Will this ship out overnight for tomorrow's delivery?" SHE SAID YES. GUESS WHAT? WE DID NOT RECEIVE IT FRIDAY. I called Friday night recording stated shipping on the 20th 6 days after requesting overnight shipping, immediately spoke to rep with accent was given a tracking # but couldn't tell with which carrier it was shipping with. Couldn't tell me if it shipped overnight or ground. Asked to speak to supervisor she said it was a FedEx tracking number and she would personally check on it in the morning. I tracked it to find out # not found on FedEx!!!! No call received, so I called to get another person with strong accent to tell me absolutely nothing, she doesn't know how it shipped, when it shipped, if it shipped, but I was give the correct tracking # but it's not a FedEx #. It could be DHL, UPS, USPS but she's not sure. How in the hell can their system not know? where is my husband's prescription?????? I hate Express Scripts I want to go back to my family pharmacy I've used for over 20 yrs until we were forced to use Express Scripts or meds wouldn't be paid for. And we live in a free country?! I'm Furious if you couldn't tell.

::I started a new job that leveraged Express Scripts. Instead of leveraging the address I enrolled in, they had an address from 10 years ago. When I was sent an email asking me if I wanted to use the mail order service, I did it. My prescription was sent to the old address and I was charged $175. When I explained what had happened, I was told there was nothing they could do. So- I have no prescription for 90 days, I'm out $175, and there is nothing Express Scripts WANTS to do for me. BAD BUSINESS- beware!!
