  The service of course... the product we loved but the service provided by this company was terrible and unreliable... it took close to 2 days to get my bed delivered and on top of that had to pay more money to get a certain box spring that did not fit thru my door....other companies have done this at no extra cost... seriously re-consider this store.... unreliable management and delivery... I will not be recommendation this store to anyone....had to make several phone calls to get someone to explain what was going on.
