  Honestly I love express-their style and their clothes, love it. But tonight I had a horrible experience- so here it goes, I get to the store at 8:20ish pm with my husband and my daughters and we’re ready to shop as always-our status card can speak for itself-we’ve spent money there. Anywhoo, as am looking through clothes I see this sales rep come behind me and start huffing and puffing and touching everything I’m touching. I saw her glare at me, but being an adult and a mom with her daughter there I kept my cool. I moved to another section and i made sure I did not disorganize as I know they were about to close and I didnt want any problems. Anyways she starts banging the hangers in a rack I was next to, mind you I was with my 2 year old. At that point I asked her if she was upset at my touching the clothes, with the only attitude and no eye contact at all she says is “no, why would I, okay whatever”. At that point I was not going to be arguing with her, I took my daughter and husband and as I’m leaving the store I’m speaking to another rep, and she starts raising her voice and talking about “great shopping skills” - she can thank my little one for me not going off at her and cursing her out. - oh that’s not all. I call to speak to a manager, The lady says she’s Jennifer a manager and later she says shes the same rep I was complaining about. Honestly horrible customer service and I will never be coming back to this store. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

  The two stores I love the most is the one in times square and this one! Good selection.

  Clothing in general is well-designed and of fair quality. 10% is above $40 but fabric quality and design justifies it. Same for handbags, shoes, bijoux and rest of accessories. Overall, my shopping experience was very pleasant. All girls were very attentive and courteous. I was even assisted inside the fitting room and one of the girls helped me to exchange my blouse for the right size without even asking for help. Something unusual at this particular store. My last visit before June 2017 was a year or so ago. Things have changed for better here. I would definitely go back at this store in Astoria (corner of Steinway and 31st Avenue).
