  Spent over $200 here and they did not remove the metal tag form one of my hoodies. Now I have to drive 30+ miles to the nearest Express store to get the tag removed.

  Line is 8 deep... register has one person working at sloth pace. Employees aimlessly walking around the store with no one assisting or opening another register. Complete joke to keep customers waiting 15 plus minutes in line. No wonder retail is dying...

  Stopped shopping here, because all the clothes wear out very quickly and cost a lot unless there is a sale going on. Its also hard to get even a small discount no matter how much you buy.
