  I bought some clothes from here and the cashier forgot to take the security tag off from one of the clothes. The security alarms did not go off when leaving, so I did not realize what had happened until I got home. This forced to drive an hour just to get the tag removed the next day. When I asked for a discount as a compensation for my time and gas, they said no. I love Express but I don’t think I will ever come to this store again.

  The Asian guy that works there is the most rudest person I've even experienced. Get it together work on your customer service!!!!!!
