  I called the store on Fulton street in Brooklyn to inquire about an exchange because an item I bought was defective. When I got home from work, I realized the side wasn't stitched properly. The store associate Alx who answered was so disrespectful. Instead of saying sorry about what happen, her response was "you should check your stuff before you leave". The customer service at this store sucks and people who works at Macdonald or Burger King has more manners and courtesy than the ones I've encountered in this store. I am spending my hard earned money not begging for any item in the store. I do understand if you are not getting paid enough to provide good customer service and I hope you find a better job one day. On the other hand, with your customer service skills, I doubt anyone will keep you around for long in their establishment. All the best to you!!
