  I brought in my friends Dyson vacuum to be fixed knowing that it needed a new belt. I had taken it apart which is fairly easy to do by removing one clip. Once it was returned It worked for a couple of days then broke again. I took it apart again and noticed a bit of masking tape holding together the clip. They had broken the clip and instead of replacing it, taped it up hastily. I don't trust this place anymore.

  I called the Center on a Saturday morning, desperate because our Miele fridge had broken down that morning and we couldn't figure out what was going on. Alex, the owner, did some troubleshooting over the phone and helped us fix it! Amazing dedication and know-how, they have us as customers for life! Our whole kitchen is equipped with Miele, so it's so good to know we have an honest and knowledgeable expert close-by. Thank you Alex for saving the day!

  Great service, dryer started working after a faulty part was replaced. Job was done in a professional and timely manner.

  Alex just left my house after fixing my leaking dishwasher. He was excellent. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. Saved me from having to spend $$$$ for a new dishwasher, and fixed my fridge door too, which I didn't even tell him about until he arrived. Super nice guy, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

  I bought a Miele Olympus from here and it's truly the BMW of vacuum cleaners. The price is fair and also set, so you'll find the same price elsewhere. Alex (not sure if he's the owner or manager) was the one who helped me. He was very well versed and pleasant. I appreciated that he was straight forward, but in no way pushy. An added bonus is that they are the repair shop for Miele, so if something happens with the vacuum all I have to do is pay them a visit, no 1-800 numbers necessary! Support you local business! This place is solid.
