::Love this spa!!! It's very soothing and relaxing as a spa should be. Great selection of classes and services. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely prefer this location to the back Bay, although they are both exceptional spa day options!

::As a health care professional, I have done my research with skincare and facial products. After moving to Boston, I started seeing Victoria to improve my skin care regimen. Hands down she is the best for facials!! I have noticed such a difference in my skin over time. Less redness, more even tone and thats all thanks to her expertise. I have also sent friends & co-workers to see her at Exhale (with all different skin types) who have had great results. She is sweet and down to earth and takes pride in her work. Overall, highly recommend!

::I'm giving Exhale two stars for the facial I received. However, I would not recommend you waste your money on booking a service at this facility. I think that for the money you can do much better booking at G2O or another Exhale. Here's why: tattered bathrobes, flooded shower area with no towels, ripped shower curtains, rot and rust. dirty restroom facilities, there was also a pile of vomit on the ground outside the window along the harbor where my treatment took place... I was NOT impressed. I would have understood if it was due to group exercise classes but me and a friend were the first ones there. I will not be returning and it's unfortunate since I just visited back in May of 2017 and it was amazing!

::Alie Garcia-Cortez performs the best facials I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to talk with me after about maintenance care between monthly facials. Really looking forward to my facial with her next month already!

::Terrible place do not work there! They have high schoolers running a front desk, manager always cancelling trainings and try to make you seem at fault! They don’t pay you until after your background check which takes months and they don’t bother to tell you before hand or bother putting it in an employee handbook. I lt has been 3 months since I have been waiting for a check from them, asked them almost two months since my departure with them, they said they’d mail it and never did . Knowing it’s Christmas, I have a kid, and I lm in college! All these people want is your money! They are terrible!
