  Cool gym with historic vibe. A member touring me back in the day was insulting and unwelcoming, which would have merited a one star review. But the owner noticed and made a point to chat with me before I left, talking about his passion for teaching physical fitness, and letting me know I was welcome anytime. That showed real class. I'll definitely visit again sometime when passing through that part of town.

  Good gym, cheap prices. I like the vibe, the fellow members are nice and the management seems trustworthy. I highly recommend this gym.

  I don't want to rate this gym because I don't want more people to find out about it. Best bang for you buck and it's a typical old school bodybuilding gym. If you are looking for amenities you'd find at a Lifetime or an LA Fitness, you won't find it here. Free weights are king and it's rarely crowded. The staff are all great and very friendly. I just wish the hours were a bit better, especially on weekends.

  Awesome old school gym! The owner is super nice and always asks how you're doing and if you need any help. The gym and bathrooms are kept super clean too!

  I love this gym. It is my favorite and is old school. If your going to rate a relic of a real hardcore gym like this bad then go back to planet fitness.
