  My suits had indentations around the buttons and pockets from the pressing machine and the sleeves never looked pressed. I tried to speak to the manager or the person in charge at the time but they gave me the brush-off. I will take my business elsewhere.

  I have been using executive cleaners for YEARS! Today, I picked up a blanket that I handmade with a special order wool. My instructions were extremely clear. NO dry cleaning, Hand wash ONLY, and lay flat to dry. These are the instructions given by the wool distributor. Being the wool was from farmed animals, who are humanely sheared, it was extremely expensive. I picked up my blanket and it was hot!!! They said it was from hanging in the boiler room, but the wool fibers were clearly burnt. After arguing with them, they admitted to steaming it, and wouldn't take any responsibility from there. I am SO upset. The steam clearly damaged the fibers. This blanket is for my expected baby, and it was handmade by me. It took me forever due to the stitch. I paid for the blanket, before I saw it, didn't ask for a refund. But they have definitely lost a once great customer.
