  I have to say this is one of my favorite stores to shop at for formal dresses. I have shopped at there Brooklyn location as well as Staten Island. The owner and her daughter were extremely helpful each and every time. I would recommend this store above and beyond.

  The lady with the Black hair was extremely rude, did not listen to any suggestions. I felt rushed and they wouldn't accept cc only cash.. Pretty shady. My dress was too long and I told her several times that I felt I would trip over gown. She assured me that it was fine. Certainly was not fine, I had to hold on to things when I was walking to avoid stepping on my dress and falling down. When I needed alterations I was told I can only come in on a Wed. I explained that I worked and that I didn't live in the area so that would not be possible. She didn't give me any other options. Lastly, my best friends gown was too short!!! She went in for her alteration and made the same complaint as me that gown was too long. Her gown ended up being 3 inches too short where she was the only bridesmaid with her shoes showing. I would not recommend this place.
