  Always very friendly! Did a great job with preserving my wedding dress! They are very reasonable with what they charge. I use them at the least once a month.

  First, I was surcharged by $20. Next, two of my items were stained and damaged through their cleaning process. Then, another item was stapled to the hanger and receipt. His excuse was, "We're not responsible for damages and, since I already lost you as a customer, you're not getting a refund." I try to support local but please, stay far away unless you want your clothes ruined along with multiple headaches.
