  Took my shorts romper ( dress on top of a shorts) to press, not only are they over priced, they also did a poor job. I expressed my concerns that the garment still appeared crushed to which the lady at the front responded that since I washed it before I brought it in there was nothing they could do to get it perfectly pressed. The lining was crushed beyond believe and she said that the job is for the outer part only. I could of done a better job and saved my money. I will not be going back.

  This place wanted to charge me $5 per shirt for a press only service, I had 6 shirts... I made the assumption of not asking upfront and just assumed that a press only couldn't possibly be that expensive. Hell I was so suprised after getting home and seeing the receipt. Plus the woman double charged me cause she was having trouble working the credit card machine, after looking at my online banking it showed two charges of $30 for a total of $60 taken out of my account to press only 6 shirts. This place should be closed or boycotted. I immediately called and said do not do anything with my shirts I will be right there to pick them up and I want a full refund. The person then denied the double charge even though I showed them 2 transactions on my online account, he ran their card machine tally and said they only charged me once. My account still reflects 2 charges. He voided one which still has not shown up in my account. Will never go here again. What a ripoff.
