  No heat in winter and no air in summer workers are all sweet and helpful always have machines available change machine on premises

  There are a lot of mashines & more reasonably priced than the other one on Springfield...not too much folding space though. 8 mins per $0.25 on the dryers. Employees are helpful and nice, but some of the customers are cranky & weird, myself included...pay parking just in front, but residential parking up the block. Some of the mahines need to be cleaned better--I saw some mold in the rubber lining in the see through window & detergent drops all over the machines should be cleaned.

  I came here for the first time today because they were open late. I'll never return, it took me over 2 hours to finish my laundry when it usually takes half that time, mainly because I don't think they clean the lint tray in the dryers often since I had to spend over an hour just drying my clothes and they still weren't fully dry. The employee there kept telling me they closed at 10 and kicking me out. Leaving before 10 wouldn't have been a problem if the dryer worked properly. Either they are trying to squeeze you for more money or don't care enough about their business to properly operate it but I won't be going back. Further, my clothes have a slight mildew smell which I assume came from the washers and I'm going to have to rewash tomorrow at a better laundromat. I'm incredibly disappointed with this place and don't know how they are still in business, I should have listened to the other reviews.
