  I love this walk in clinic. Everyone is so kind and friendly. The facility is extremely clean. The doctors give you their full attention. I have never felt intimidated to ask a question or to have something clarified. There was a short time when my insurance did not use Excel and I was forced to visit another popular clinic. The difference in care and cleanliness was immediately apparent. I am so relieved to find that my new insurance has Excel included in my plan.

  The staff and doctor really nice and thorough of what my illness is. Explained the what medication ill take and what it will do. They were quick and I was out. It was a great experience for going there and I will continue to for my Wii k care needs.

  This urgent care office had the nicest staff! Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The entire place was clean, and well kept. The rooms felt very "homely", unlike the sterile aura of a doctor's office. The nurse was very focused on what I had to say when explaining my reasoning for coming in. The doctor was outstanding! He spent more time with me than most doctors would have. He seemed deeply concerned with my illness, and had a conversation with me about what I was going through. I didn't feel like I was brushed off, or spoken down to. Instead, I felt like the doctor was simply conversing with me, with a purpose. In all, I'd say this is an excellent Urgent Care facility. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs quick help. It's easier to get in than at a doctor's office, and it's quicker than an ER visit. The only complaint I have was the 45 minute wait, which wasn't bad compared to the service and attention I received.

  My first experience at Excel Urgent Care was incredible! Henna, the receptionist was not only friendly and calming but also extremely helpful. I was seen almost instantly. The service of the nurse and the doctor was so refreshing. I felt so much more at ease after leaving Excel Urgent Care of Nesconset. I obviously hope my health will limit my trips back there but I will certainly be back at some point and recommend this location to anyone!

  Professional and friendly front desk staff. Easy to make an online appointment. We were there on a Saturday morning and had a slight wait, but nothing crazy. It's a nice, clean space, and roomy. Dr. M was very kind and professional. He spent the necessary time asking questions and figuring out what my daughter needed. Excel Urgent Care, we had a great experience! Thank you!
