  I have been using Excel for quite some time, at least 8 years. I have found each and every technician to be knowledgeable, courteous, and explained the problem I was having easy to understand. I would like to give an extra positive comment to Jake Tomakh as he took more time to explain many of the upcoming pest events that might occur. He made me more aware when Excel should be called. Thank you

  Carlos was great, on time and very efficient, provided helpful hints and most of all listened to my wife and I as to what we wanted done since we have a pet and baby-sit our grandchildren at our house. Exemplary work.

  A gentleman by the name of Patrick serviced my house today. He was punctual, and polite. He took care refilled all the bait boxes on the outside of the house and spray the corners inside the house. Overall the service has been. Great. Great company to use.

  Sandra has been providing the Pest Control service at my house for almost a year now. She is reliable, efficient, friendly and professional. If we have any issues.. she thoroughly goes over areas looking for an indication of the problem and is happy to go over things again until we are relieved. She calls before her arrival and is prompt and such a pleasant person. Excel Termites and Pest Control is a great service provider and they are polite and would happily explain their packages and everything they use is poison-free and organic. We havent seen any issues and are glad that we use natural deterrents because of little kids at home.

  Excellent would be understating it. A few weeks ago, we heard rumbling noises on our ceilings in the evenings. I called up our old post control company who we had a contract with and they said they would be out in a few days. They came out, took a look in our attic and told us that we had flying squirrels and mice. They weren't covered under our contract and it would be $4800.00 to get rid of them and seal the house. A friend suggested I call Excel. Boy am I glad I did! They came out the next day and set traps for flying squirrels and bait for the mice. There was a little confusion at first but, that was all straightened out by the supervisor, Kevin. He was excellent! If I had a question or a problem, I called Kevin and he made sure it was taken care of. He told me honestly that sometimes after you get rid of the flying squirrels that are there, you might not get any more. There is the possibility that more could come in and then we might have to seal up the house. The initial service was $350.00. Kevin has sent guys out to periodically monitor the traps and the bait. We have caught 2 squirrels a week ago and things have been quiet since then. Hopefully, this is it for us. We have dumped the old company and signed an annual contract with Excel. Kevin calls to make sure things are still good. I didn't know people like him actually existed any more. Usually, people just take your money and you never see them again. I would highly recommend this company and wish I had used them earlier. Definitely ask to speak to Kevin and have him come and look at your property. Laura Berberian Updated 1/24/18 Had Stacy today for my quarterly inspection. She was really excellent in every way. So thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. So glad I switched to this company. They have really been responsive and excellent.
