  I have only good things to say about this facility. I have been to many others during my lifetime, but never had such a good overall experience as here. the people at the front desk, as well as the helpers--and my physical therapist, Jay- were helpful, caring and professional. My orthopedist was right when he told me to come here.

  This was the worst experience I have dealt with because of Elizabeth, Aresis and Maria from the office. I went a half hour early for my appointment even though I completed my application online and brought it in. The office employee Aresis is very unprofessional and highly disorganized and lazy. She made me wait 1 hour because she could not get the paperwork finished and was too lazy to do what was necessary to get me in on my appointment. Vonceia who is a part time office employee was trying to be helpful at least. The worst part is the billing department manager Elizabeth. Instead of trying to help me, she tried to interrogate me and made me so upset I started to cry and she could care less. She screwed up my paperwork and got me denied from my insurance. She is very unprofessional, rude and heartless. She told me I was approved and made my appointment then later to find out I was not. I even spoke to the insurance manager Maria for approval and the whole office has no communication. I had to do everyone's job and call my doctor, insurance and lawyer just to get my first appointment. This was a complete waste of time. I was looking forward to getting better with my assigned physical therapist but the office has no communication, highly disorganized, unprofessional, terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place.
