::I moved into the top floor of Eviva a little over 2 weeks ago. I have to say the building, views, amenities and maintenance are all outstanding to this point. The move in process was incredible and the equipment provided by the concierge and property management were so helpful. Everyone in the office is extremely pleasant daily and the maintenance response time is so quick. Resident portal is great and the staff has been overwhelming helpful. I love the location of the building which is right in the heart of everything and a convenient walk to parks, restaurants, and nightlife. Im glad I chose the unit and the area.

::I've been in this building plenty, the front is great, everyone is nice and there's free goodies. The place is clean. My issue is the untra cheap quality of material they used creating the apartments. It's all from IKEA, clearly cheap and doesn't even match. The layouts in some apartments are totaly weird too. My massive issue here is this kid in his 20s with a border collie. He seems to abuse his dog more then once when I've seen him, poor dog. and he yells at his girlfriend about stuff in the parking lot so all can hear. They definitely seem to have issues, but I would like to not hear about them!

::Eviva is a great place to call home, the and residents are very friendly and helpful! It's new and the amenities are nicer than anywhere else you find! The construction of the building is quality and solid concrete, not like most places, so it is quiet! If you want to be somewhere near downtown and have many choices of places to walk to like the art museum, 16th st mall, restaurants, cherry creek trail, and more, this is the place to be!

::Best downtown building by far. I love my apartment in Eviva, it was an easy choice. Not to mention the leasing staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone receives the first class treatment. Thank you Clay, Jamie and team!!
