  Very helpful finding borrowers best rates on investment and conventional loans. Great service- they really care about the borrower and helping them find the best loans at the best rates based on their investment needs goals.

  Everyday Funding Services is incredible! They were able to help me refinance up to 75% of ARV - when most other brokers could only go as high as 65%! Melissa and Patricia work around the clock! They also work around each client's particular situation, always willing to go the extra mile to make the outcome as favorable for their client as possible! They readily answer all questions and walk you through the number details, making sure all amounts are correct! This is actually a HUGE deal! (You'd be surprised how many mistakes are not caught on HUDs and other closing documents by lawyers, title companies, etc.) I'm using Everyday Funding Services now on 2 other deals!
