Look for the Yellow Door to find really great GF Bread! Most GF bakeries focus on sweets. It is easier to get the sugar/flour proportions right. Bread is tricky but the owners/bakers at Everybody Eats do excellent bread for taste and texture. But behind the Yellow Door you won't find a "bakery" . There is plenty of product, they work/sell directly from their GF kitchen. So you get to be in the artisans workshop (so to speak). Yummy!

Pedro makes THE BEST gluten free baked goods! Stand outs for me are the Cinnamon Rolls, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Banana Bread, and the Dinner Rolls. He also make "special order" cakes! Had a great Pumpkin Pie during Thanksgiving!

A great, though slightly pricey, gluten free (as well as dairy free, in some cases) son and pop bakery! Highly recommended. Walk-ins are Fridays and Saturdays, though you won't be turned away if you forget. This isn't a classic bakery with display cases and people working behind a counter. When you enter, you see a door to the kitchen in front of you before you're beckoned into Pedro's office to the right. Given a menu and a free gf cookie of your choice, you tell him what you want and he retrieves it from the freezer -- don't worry, it's fresh because they freeze the bread immediately after taking it out of the oven. As Pedro will tell you, when you take it out to eat, "Toasting is mandatory!" I think at least one of the negative reviewers didn't follow this advice. I was most excited about finding gf challah (there's a dairy-free option too)! It's pretty damn close to challah with gluten, too.

Had this bakery's bread at a local restaurant with breakfast order and it was the best gluten free toast/bread I've had. From Minnesota and have some gluten free bakeries in the area, but not as good as this. Going there tomorrow to buy things to take home.
