::We have been customers for about 15 years with Eversoft, they are a commercial water-softening business and they exchange and service the brine tanks at our multiple-building site. Twice I have requested that the new tanks be run until the water runs clear, most of the time after the exchange the water is yellow-brownish for a day or two. We now have a faulty tank that ruptured sometime during Sunday night, and since 7 am have been trying to schedule an emergency type service to get our water back on. UPDATE 5 hours after the initial emergency call, my regular serviceman came and apologized for not getting the call (not his fault) replaced the tank, cleaned up the mess, and was super. The manager called me back and apologized as well for the miscommunications and delays.

::They are very rude and unprofessional. A total scam... Never do business with them.

::Loved the staff. Not sure why people complain. Contract is self explanatory.

::I agreed. this is a very bad company.

::be careful when you do business with them. they automatically renew your contract and you have to pay the rest of remaining contract even though you donβt need their system.
