  It's the most reasonable price for low income people and hardly any police activity it's also very quiet place to live

  This place is Cool,,Look in Life you can be cool or act a Damn FOOL..even a house has its problems...

  Look up on meaganslaw.ca.gov before booking here! Not safe not clean horrible place. Evergreen Royalle needs to do something about this. Horrible GO Away!!! Never come back!!!

  This is such great place for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, & fairly inexpensive place to stay for at least a week. They only offer weekly rate rooms which is nice because most of the people here have been tenants for years. The rooms have a full kitchen with a stove & oven, cabinets, & a sink. You also have a fridge & dining room table. You can bring your own personal appliances if you so wish & even bring your own bed. And to top it all off, they offer permanent residency to those long term tenants...You can even have your own mailbox & key. The staff is wonderful, always friendly & very prompt...If you need help with anything you can expect the maintenance man to be there the exact same day. I love living here & it's honestly the best studio for the price & the location hands down!
