  Came to pick up my shirts. Owners gave one of my shirts back to me ripped in the back. 12-15 inch hole . I was told by the owner that their mashine is very strong and the reason it happened is because my shirt was “old”. I have about 30 shirts that I have them washed and put on a hanger every month. My shirt was used once a month for the past year and didn’t have any holes in it. When I asked the owner to pay for the damaged shirt , he refused and told me to leave . Told me that he wasn’t responsible for whatever happened because he uses a third party . When I reminded him that I’ve been using his company since the day they opened and gave him a chance to pay me just $20 for a $100 shirt they ruined, to compensate for the mistake they did, just not to lose me as a customer , he refused. So without appologies I was told to leave. What bothers me is the fact that owners feel that they are totally right because I didn’t give them a new shirt to wash. So don’t take a chance with this business. The owners don’t have any idea how to treat their customers and take a responsibility for their mistakes .

  Don't let the man who works here measure you clothes to be altered He made a mistake on my hem measurement I went back and asked him to let it down a half inch and he said you will pay again I said no you measured wrong he said no gave me a big argument and got loud and forceful about it I said I wont come here any more and he said don't come back I don't care please dont use this cleaners service or alteration service since he doesn't need customers
