::Received a letter in the mail to contact them regarding my current mortgage. Tried repeatedly to get a live person on the phone, but stayed on hold for over 35 minutes each time until I finally hung up. The automated message states "we expect your wait time to be over 5 minutes." What is a reasonable wait time?
