  Dang $20 for event parking, that's what happens when we build an arena in downtown. Cars was safe tho, an attendant was there the whole time.

  Maintenance is severely lacking. Wires hanging out of an exit door. Entire structure smells of urine. No security. Just absolutely disgusting. I can't recommend parking here.
