  Best experience! Make sure to ask for Allison if you go. She really is the best and really takes her time getting everything done. She makes sure you feel comfortable, she's very pleasant and welcoming!

  I drove an hour in holiday traffic to find out my appointment was cancelled because my tech called out. I was told they tried to call me however the number on file was wrong. None of the numbers on my credit card were wrong when I paid for my rather large wax package.It's always difficult to book here. I was then told I was booked into the next available which was an hour later. That's not good customer service. Then when I asked to be booked on Tuesday before I leave for vacation I was told the next available is next Saturday.

  This was my first time coming to European Wax Center. I read the reviews before scheduling an appointment and I selected Allison to do my service since everyone had great things to say about her. And boy did she deliver! She did a great job! She made it a welcoming experience, not uncomfortable at all, and she's gentle. Didn't feel as painful as expected. I would definitely recommend her! The girls at the front desk were also super nice, the environment is clean and friendly. Money well spent!

  I so love this place! Shout out to my girl Allison, she does a great job. She makes it a fun and welcoming experience everytime!. She is gentle. She does her little technique so it dont hurt and she leaves you looking and feeling great. I would recommend her anytime! Also the environment is clean and friendly and every penny spent is worth it.

  This place really knows how to make a woman feel great. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel who was super kind and she didn't make me feel uncomfortable AT ALL. I recommend her to anyone who wants a perfect wax along with walking out like a superstar. Also the two women who was at the front desk ( one with black hair and glasses and one with blonde hair) were super sweet. I am for sure coming back to this place.
