  me and my sister came here as first timers to any type of waxing salon and had an amazing experience. We booked for full Brazilians and as you can imagine we both were extremely nervous. Everyone made us feel so comfortable and reassured us that it wasn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. Our waxing specialist was Kaelyn, words cannot express how great she was. So friendly and professional making us both feel so comfortable and walking us through the entire process. Needless to say we already have our next wax booked with Kaelyn and will continue to visit this location. Everyone is amazing here and so friendly. 😍😍😍

  As a former employee I am sorry to notify anyone wishing to book with JO in the future, I am no longer at this location, as I have not been valued for my 6 years of experience and flexibility. I left to find a location with benefits and that will appreciate my waxing experience. I’m so sorry for any future customers who are having a hard time booking with me.   Great service and extremely clean. When you walk through the door to thge back it's lije walk g into a massage place. Calm and just so Nice! Amiss is an excellent waxer no pain at all. Definitely going back!!

  Good luck trying to talk to a person when you call this place. There are two girls in the reception area plus a manager in the back and every single time you call during they operating hours, the call goes to an answering system. Mia is great, but unfortunately management sucks.
