  Courtney does my waxing. She does a great job. I was there late this afternoon. The waxing was fine. When I went to pay, the girl behind the desk asked me if I want to purchase a package. I said that I didn’t. She answered you don’t want to save $100. I said again that I wasn’t interested. Two more times she said really loudly. I don’t know anyone who is not interested in saving money. I didn’t answer her as other people were waiting for their appointments. As I walked out she again repeated that she doesn’t want to save money. Even though I like Courtney, I am not sure I will return. How do you employ people who make such a scene and are so rude?

  Moving here from NJ, I was nervous to leave my waxer at home. My first appointment in NY was with Emanuela and I am so glad!! We instantly bonded, which makes my experience amazing every time I come. Her work is great & I get so many complements on my brows after seeing her. She is thorough and takes her time & does not rush me out.

  I had Emanuela. I wouldn't recommend her. She did an uneven job and didn't do a good job either compared to another hard waxing place I've been to. The place seems really pushy on trying to sell their products. I don't know if the employees work on commision, but they act as if their jobs depend more on how much product they sell rather than how good of a wax they do. Instead of spending $20 on a lotion, I'd rather just give the money directly to the worker.

  I always have a great experience here. I always make my appointments with Brittany, she's awesome. Very professional and you won't have a hair out of place! The salon is always clean and the staff are always friendly.
