  If you're looking for a professional waxing specialist who KNOWS what she's doing - look no further. Patricia is AMAZING - she takes her time (although efficient) and makes everything look flawless. She's very thorough and knowledgeable, will even give you tips to do at home to maintain your wax. Patricia, you're God sent!

  I enjoy the European Wax chain. This location is convenient to reach. It is not to far from Grand Central Terminal. It's easy to grab the 4, 5 or 6 train from there. There never seems to be a long wait to see someone. It's an efficient store. It is kept clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are simple, but comfortable. I usually get my eyebrows done here. My favorite is Patricia. She is gentle, personable and talented. Patricia does what's best for the face while balancing that with the desires of the guest. She is quick and efficient. You'll be in and out in no time. My only issue is the app. I have communicated with corporate that it does not work well. The staff keeps saying reservations can be managed through the app, but they can't. Thankfully, it is easy to pick up the phone to cancel an appointment, if necessary.

  Ask for Patricia. She makes you feel comfortable and most importantly, she knows what she’s doing!
