  2 days in a row I schedule to make an appointment because I leave for vacation .. the first time I am on my way every block surrounding it is blocked off so I call to let them know that I will be a few minutes late due to construction around their building and they say I have to reschedule. The 2nd time I am legitimately standing outside about to walk in and they call saying I am a minute late and would have to reschedule. 2 days I come all the way into Center City and they tell me I have to reschedule. Absolutely awful customer service. Just curious as to what a 1 minute difference makes???

  This is the 3rd EWC I've been to. Akima is great. I will be making this my regular location.
