::Called this location, was immediately put on hold, no one picked up. Called multiple times, was put on hold without speaking to anyone..after 5 minutes someone came on the line and I requested to cancel my reservations. Horrible customer service already, definitely do not want to go to this location.

::My wife went it to get waxed we were double charged, the customer service rep insisted we were not, we had to dispute it with our bank it has been 3 days and it still has not been resolved. The appointment cost $88 dollars they debited $88 plus an additional $70 I just called again I spoke to Brianna and she told me her Manager was out and she didn’t know when she would be back. My wife received a nice email stating they would have there accountant check the charge. What’s to check your CSR double charged, I would appreciate my $70 dollars I don’t even want anything for the inconvenience I paid you your $88 for your service now I want my $70 that you took out additional. 😠

::I love love love this location!! Everyone is always so nice! As soon as I walk in I feel so welcomed and it’s awesome bc I’m known so they pretty much take care of me being checked in. I recently moved and am a little further out from this location, but I will stay here until Asya is no longer working there. She is amazing. I always have such a great time in a rather “painful” process. (It’s not painful I’m just always a chicken )She always makes sure I’m okay and is oh sooooo patience with me.
