  Great service, Katie is a great waxer and Hayley always has answers to my questions. Wouldn't recommend walk ins but they're very accommodating over the phone for scheduling or cancelling. My new favorite location.

  It was my first visit at European Wax Center. I had my eyebrows waxed and saw CeCe! She was awesome and suggested a serum that I absolutely love. My eyebrows turned out perfect and I will definitely be going back to see her again!

  I went into EWC on grand to get my eyebrows done and I was greeted with a smile and good customer service at the front desk. Hayley, at the front desk, was very helpful by informing me of the prices for their services and what kinds of promotions they had going on. She also told me that my first service was free so I walked out only having to cover the tip on the service. My eyebrows are in better shape thanks to the waxer, Katie.

  I only go to Tara and I can tell you I will never go to anywhere or anybody else! She makes me so comfortable and has completely transformed my eyebrows! I used to go to a nail salon and I had the thinnest eyebrows she has re shaped them perfectly and they grow in so nice now! I would 100% recommend her to anybody! Also Haley at the front desk greets me by name every time I walk in and makes me feel so welcome! Love this place!

  Cassie has been the ONLY person touching my brows since the Calhoun location. Her skill and speed are unmatched, you can tell she loves her job, and the Grand Ave. Location is so convenient. The front desk staff are great - I love my reminder calls and when I need to reschedule (I do a lot) they're so accommodating. Shane especially makes sure that I'm able to check out super fast, and has my next wax all booked so there's never a problem. One last thing, if I didn't love the people enough, the ingrown hair serum is a godsend. thank you for keeping me put together ewc!!!
