  For a company that tries to simplify things on their website, I was reasonably shocked that their customer service was so poor. Typically an understanding consumer, this company mis quoted me, and responded to any and all of my inquiries in some of the least professional ways I've ever experienced. Simple inquiries were met with an almost audible groaning response. How dare I ask if pick up and drop off times would affect the price? What if any variables would affect the quote? General questions one would expect any travel company to be able to answer, were met with answers bordering on 'how dare you waste my time'. When I'm making a rather large purchase, I, like many consumers, have some questions. I am resonably disappointed that this company borders on impossible to work with. Feel free to check my reviews for other locations to know that I rarely leave such a low rating. I like to focus on the positive qualities of any buisness, of which this buisness has none that I encountered.
