::The worst service I ever had. They didn’t even heat up the food, the only good thing is the soup and the supply of beer. Even then it’s not worth it.

::**WARNING TO ALL TRAVELERS** Avoid this place like the plague. I work at JFK and usually go to Juan Valdez for coffee. For breakfast, if Arbitino's isn't open, I would go to Europan and get something small. However, the employees at the place are the worst people. They're rude, inconsiderate and will overcharge even fellow employees. So what makes you think that you, as a traveler, will be exempt? My fellow co-workers would pay $3.00 for a specific beverage. I got the same thing and the guy charged me $4.00. The first time, I thought it was an honest mistake. But it happened again later that week. I forgave it that time, too. But when he did it a third, I called him out on it and he got very irate and began demeaning me, saying, "It's $4.00! It's $4.00!" I pointed out that the sign even said $2.99. I finally left it on the counter and said, "Then you can keep it." Since then, this place has treated me like crap when I go in with my co-workers. I don't even buy anything, but they give me dirty looks. Last month, I bought a coffee at McDonald's. To cool it down, I went over to Europan to splash some skim milk into it. When I went to sit down at a table with my co-worker, the Europan employee charged up to me and started saying, "YOU'RE A THIEF! YOU STOLE MY MILK!" I pointed out how he stole $3.00 from me and continually overcharged me for everything. He continued to berate me in front of passengers and my co-worker. Today, all of the restaurants were closed (early morning) except this place. I decided to get a banana and an orange (which I had done when this man wasn't working). It's always $2.95. I'm standing in line with some of my co-workers and, as we're talking, I pull out my debit card to get ready to pay. This man sneers at me and goes, "There's a $5.00 limit." THAT'S IMMEDIATE BULLSH*T. I've ALWAYS used my debit card there and I've never bought anything over $4.00. After that, even my co-workers left and didn't get anything. They straight up said that there's no reason for his attitude. We went over to Arbitino's, which was opening up right at that moment (luckily enough) and we all got our food there. If Europan's employees treat other airport personnel like crap, I can promise you that the passengers are getting even more ripped off and treated poorly.
