  Stay away! ordered two bottles of wine in January that never arrived, and today was told they could not fulfill the order and were unable to issue a refund. BEWARE

  I ordered a case of wine from Europa Wine Merchant last week. I asked for tracking information a few days later and got a response that the wine had been 'packed and shipped' along with a Fedex tracking number. Five day later and still no wine -- and ground shipments from Portland to Seattle take two days at most. I've emailed and called Europa and have received no response. Fedex has no shipment connected with the tracking number given by Europa and says no shipment from them is en route to my address. I've had Visa deny Europa's charge for the order -- which had already posted -- and will not be ordering from them again. This merchant may be good at finding esoteric wines, but no way would I recommend their shady/flaky online operation.

  Super top quality selection. Michael was incredibly helpful with the picking. I walked out with 7 bottles of Oregon's finest.
