  I've been with Eugene C. Yates insurance for about 6 years now and love having them as my insurance agent. They are always very helpful and courteous. Despite moving away from the area, I have never had any desire to go to another agent. They are great!

  I have been a client of Yates Insurance Agency for over 10 years. There's a reason I stay. they, quite simply, have the best customer service around. Luz has helped me more times than I can count over the years. Adding cars, moving addresses, finding additional discounts, etc. I have auto and homeowners through Mercury. Everyone at Yates (especially Luz) is always available when I need to discuss any changes or issues. I could not give a stronger recommendation. They are the best.

  I have had a great experience working with Yates Insurance and highly recommend them. They helped me evaluate different companies and coverage options to get the lowest price and choose what was right for me, and were great at answering my questions. Their team is very responsive, and knowing that I have an actual person to call if something happens rather than a general hotline gives me significant piece of mind!
