  The short of it: Amazing! This was an amazing cooking class from a great Chef. We had a group of 8 for a birthday and made some inspired French brunch food. First of all the Chef was dynamic and fun and made the cooking easy and exciting. She set up her kitchen to welcome us to the birthday celebration we planned and sparkling wine and mixers ready for us! She even accommodated our schedule (which was a bit outside her normal operating hours) and let us stick around talking and laughing.
