  Things have changed. Etihad cost cuts reflect if everything unfortunately. Business lounge buffet was ok.. wine/alcohol selection was very poor. The bartender herself said its gone worse.. she literally said.. "it xxxxx" Seating is not comfortable either. Charging port did not work in 2 out of 3 ports I tried. oh well.. anyways .. maybe still better than others.

  Nice lounge with good amenities. Food was average and the options were very limited. They have good amount of space for seating and a bar as well.

  Ambience is good. Place is quiet and good for relaxing or business meeting. Food is good. Must visit if u r travelling on etihad airways.

  I flew with this airlines and I returned back to the US and my bags were all damaged to a point where I had to purchase new luggage. This occurred in Jan 2018 and it is April 2018 and they have not been responsive or tried to rectify the issue. In addition to making me pay an extra $1059.00 to get on a connecting flight I already paid for in order to get back to work in time. I STRONGLY advice against using Etihad Airlines.
