::I was hungry and saw a Subway store (which by the way is my favorite) and parked in front of the business. I suddenly noticed Ethio Cafe and I wanted to give it a try, sat in my car and called to place a Togo order, lady answered since they have no menu online I asked if she could tell me the house special she sounded confused. To ease up the order I just named one of the food and asked her to add something to it and she giggles LOL. Not knowing your menu is one thing but treating your customers this way isn't acceptable, maybe I'll give you another try if you improve your customer service but I'll pass for today and take my business somewhere else!

::Great coffee, latte's etc. friendly staff & customers - Ethiopian tunes set the tone. Soccer games on the tv. Recently redecorated - bright and cheerful spot . Once I went to the restroom and saw a staff member roasting coffee beans Ethiopian style over a flame in the hallway - cool stuff.
