  I stopped going there. My clothes were in the drier for 30 minutes. When the drier stopped my clothes were ice cold. The asian man refused to give me more time and said "you dont like it, dont come back." So I haven't been back.

  I've been a customer here for a very long time, remember when they first opened. I wash there occasionally and use their dry cleaning services, until just recently... will never ever go there again! I've noticed button being missing or broken on every other shirt each time I got them back. I didn't pay too much mind on it, until 3 brand new shirts come back with broken buttons... decided to finally address them. I know things happen, nothing is ever guarantee but to receive an answer from the owner/ manager with absolutely no regard was unacceptable... replies with an attitude, "What do you want me to do... it's broken, just replace it" ...as if it was my fault. I've even had items gone missing, and they just brush it off. Bad business, not the only laundry in the area.

  Good laundry service (go early, as it can get pretty packed)

  Go early and avoid the inconsiderate scumbags that take 5 washers and 10 dryers but then again thats like every other laundromat. Old machines and mannerless asian guy at the counter, just saying. Other than that its conveniently open 24hr 7 days a week.

  Worst laundromat! They give you clothing belonging to other people and misplace your clothing. This happened to me numerous times and I let is slide. Finally an expensive item of clothing was not given back to me and lost by them. The owner was so unbelievably rude and unapologetic. He actually told me that I should just take my laundry elsewhere instead of offering a credit or at least apologizing! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. They also treat their employees terribly from what I've seen. I never write reviews but the horrible man who runs this establishment does not deserve anyone's business.
