::Wonderful Experience! I love going to small businesses where the owner is actually the one providing the service. I should know, because that's how I roll at my office. The space was very calming and had ample parking. I was actually 15 mins late, and she didn't have time to finish the service, though, she knocked off 15 mins off the fee. So she gave me a discount, for my lateness! That level of customer service is unheard of. Even though facials were not something I regularly got, I am now a convert, and plan on doing it often at Estys. Thanks again for a great experience and for my now glowing skin!

::I have been going here for about three years for waxes, on and off due to moving, and they are my #1 choice anywhere I have lived (NH,VT,MA,TX). All the staff I have worked with have been really friendly and do a GREAT job on my waxes. I recommend Esty for people who have sensitive skin or a lot of allergies - I have SO many allergies and sensitive skin and have never had an issue with their waxing. The place feels so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. I always recommend them to people I know! :)
