  Outrageous prices and bad service. My husband brought 18 shirts, 3 pants, 3 suits, and one dress to this shop for standard dry cleaning. We paid $140 for their services (prices that even for someone from DC where the cost of living is significantly higher are outrageous). They gave back most of his shirts folded in bags, and now the shirts have creases that need to be steamed out. Additionally, they did not give all of our clothing back when we came to pick it up, which required a second trip to the store to pick everything up. They were friendly with every interaction, but between the pricing and unreliable service, we will not be returning.
