  Buyer beware..... “This Company does not stand behind the quality or lack of it in their work. We purchased a home where the roof was fully replaced by this company 05/24/2016 for $18,966.51 PO number 16-4102.185 - Sales Rep George Held. We purchased this house in 2017 and have had two roof leaks. Veronica, who answered the phone tried to tell me there was hail damage reported in Aug 2017 by original owner...� That’s funny because I bought this house prior to that (The information she provided was false). She pushed us off the the shingle manufacturer to address warranty. Please do your research before buying a home with a “warranty” or having them repair or replace your roof. You will be the one stuff with their work that they do not stand behind for less than 24 months! What a joke.

  Today I saw how the truck of these people collided with a parked car and fled. That awaits them if they hire these people.

  I dislike to talk bad and rate poorly for anyone but I do it for the community for my el Paso people, Don't hire them they are messy, poor quality work, they take forever to come out and finish the job and for repairs they are ignorant and always try to come out with an excuse that it's not there fault when it is! They did my roof cause I had hail damage but never had leaks after they installed my whole new roof, after few days later we had some rain and I started to have leaks and my roof is damage thru the inside after like 3 weeks of installation..."unbelievable" and it's been a little over 6 months and they still haven't came out to repair it...the girl in the office that always picks up the phone her name is "jessica" she is so rude! Bad attitude... God bless your heart! I hope you are never in this situation jessica.... escandon is all about the money but not to satisfy his costumers. "Selfish" think about it twice people before you hire them! God bless you all... 11/2/2017

  Escandon far exceeded basic roofing doing a fabulous job on my house. 4 years ago I had a new roof installed by a very poor roofer. At the first rain every penetration leaked as they had not even placed expansion caps on pipes etc. Escandon took great pains to repair flanges etc and install a new roof using the proper techniques. They were also fast and efficient.

  I have had my roof replaced twice by Escandon Roofing both due to weather related damage. In both instances, they have worked with me to make sure everything could be taken care of for the amount the insurance company was willing to pay. They have been extremely professional and their work was amazing and timely! I would recommend Escandon without hesitation and I in fact have recommended them every time I have known someone needed roofing assistance. Amazing to work with!
