  I searched far and wide through Harlem-Inwood-Queens-Bronx-Westcheter-LI to found this diamond in the rough. They have employ the best techniques I've ever seen anywhere. Their professionalism is remarkable. It's almost like they are fine watch makers with their level of craftsmanship. You can tell they take tremendous pride in their work. All the barbers pay extremely close attention to subtle details and make it their duty to not only meet, but surpass your expectations. I've been going to, O'Neil, for almost 10 years now, and I travel all the way from Westcheter, just to get my routine cut.
